Status quo and development prospect of valve standard in China
Valve products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, nuclear power, metallurgy, electric power, hydraulic, large coal chemical industry and other industries, the continuous increase of the total number of valve products, the continuous development of valve technology, the continuous widening of the valve application field, and the corresponding valve standard more and more highlight its importance. This paper introduces the general situation of the development of valve standard, system composition, standard status, bid acquisition and development trend from the following aspects.
1, China's valve industry bid situation
Adopting international standards and adopting foreign advanced standards is an important standardization policy of our country. Valve standards also actively implement this policy, in the basic standard, method standard and product standards using a large number of international and foreign advanced standards, improve the technical level of China's valve standards.

As can be seen from the table above, most international standards have been transformed into Chinese standards to varying degrees. But some have not been transformed for the time being, and some individual international standards are not in line with China's national conditions and will not be transformed.
(2) The adoption of foreign advanced standards
With the construction and implementation of long-distance pipeline and other key projects in China, API standards have been paid more and more attention in China. API is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of the U.S. oil industry in exploration, development, storage, transportation, refining and marketing. Its standards are widely adopted internationally. At present, there are 17 API valve standards have been converted or are being converted to China's national standards and industry standards. In addition, according to the specific situation of Chinese and foreign standards, Chinese standards also adopt some standards of advanced countries and associations such as MSS, AWWA, ASME, BS, JIS.
Through the adoption of ISO and foreign advanced standards, the standard level of our country has been greatly improved, narrowing the gap between valve products and foreign advanced products, for some conventional products, not only reach or even exceed the quality of foreign similar products.
2, the development trend of valve standards
(1) Strengthen the connection between standards and scientific research, especially the research of major national scientific and technological projects, guide leading backbone enterprises in scientific research and technology to translate the achievements of independent innovation into standards, and promote the development of new technologies and processes.
National valve standard committee is now formulating the national standard "valve intelligent electric device". Valve intelligent electric device, is a new product developed at the beginning of this century, China through the introduction and research and development, has mastered the technology, and the development is very fast. Yangzhou Electric Power repair, Tianjin Ertong, Wenzhou Rotok, Changzhou power station auxiliary machinery and so on can produce, the product quality is quite good. The development of high-tech content of the valve intelligent electric device standard, to promote the development of the industry, blocking or reducing imported products have a great role.
Transform a batch of new products and technologies into standards, reduce costs, improve benefits, optimize product functions, and make new products and technologies quickly recognized by the market, promoting the progress of the industry.
(2) Developing standards for energy conservation, consumption reduction and new materials to promote industrial restructuring.
China's natural resources are limited, so the establishment of energy-saving, water-saving, material-saving standards is one of the development direction of valve standards. We will speed up the elimination of products with low efficiency and high energy consumption, adjust the industrial structure, and promote the development and widespread application of new technologies and products.
Valve in material saving, the key is to study new materials, with new materials instead of metal materials, to achieve the purpose of saving steel and precious metals.
The new ceramic valve adopts the new ceramic material to make the sealing parts and fragile parts of the valve, which improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and sealing of the valve products, and greatly prolongs the service life of the valve. Ceramics are made of a wide range of raw materials and low cost. Ordinary elements such as aluminum, carbon and silicon can be used to produce ceramic materials with superior performance, which can save a lot of metal materials and rare mineral resources. Ceramic valve is used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment and other industrial fields, its wear resistance, good sealing, can minimize leakage, will play a positive role in promoting environmental protection. Closely follow the development of technology, valve standard committee organized the development of the "Ceramic sealing valve" (JB/T10925-2005) standard, accelerate the promotion of ceramic sealing technology, promote the development of ceramic sealing materials.
In reducing energy consumption, vigorously develop small flow resistance, small loss of valve products. In terms of power saving, the focus is on the valve electric device, through the selection of low energy consumption and low noise motor, as well as the improvement of the electric device structure, control the energy consumption of the electric device.
(3) Actively participate in international standard activities, speed up the transformation of international valve standards
The world has entered the development period of economic globalization, and the inevitable trend of economic globalization is the internationalization of standards. Through the study of the correlation between ISO standard and China's valve standard, the situation of China's valve standard mining has a general understanding, determine the direction of adoption, increase the strength of mining. At the same time, strive for substantive participation in the work of international standardization, integrate China's standards into international standards, and strive for the right of discourse and dominance of international standards. Due to historical reasons and regional reasons, ISO/ TC153&LDquo; Valve & throughout; It has formed a pattern dominated by Europe and America. Therefore, the national valve standard committee on the one hand actively participate in and host international standards conference; On the other hand, we actively send our experts to join the standards committee of international organizations. TC” , sub-committee & LDquo; SC” And standards Working Group & LDquo; WC” , take seriously the vote on the draft international standard, and provide the articles favorable to our country to the ISO/TC153 secretariat, so that the international standard can reflect our reasonable requirements.
(4) Improve the safety of valve products and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. Many valves are used in pressure lines where safety is of Paramount importance. The State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Special Equipment safety Technical Specifications", valve as a pressure pipeline components, also included in the special equipment. Safety accidents caused by valve products, there are two main reasons, one is that the product does not meet the standard requirements, such as shell wall thickness requirements, welding joint inspection requirements, material requirements, the other reason is improper installation, use. The National Valve Standard Committee has always attached importance to the safety requirements in the product standards, these requirements in the "Special Equipment safety Technical Specifications" was cited as mandatory requirements, so as to maximize the safety of equipment and personnel. In recent years, the valve Standard Committee has applied for the formulation of "Requirements for minimum Wall Thickness size of valve Shell", "General Requirements for Installation, Use and Maintenance of industrial valves" and other standards. The safety requirements of valve product standards and the revision of valve safety standards will be a key point in the future work.
